I have a unique counseling style that focuses on High Tempo males, all law enforcement, military special operators, professional athletes, young entertainers, former gang members, and former federal prison inmates. For thirty years I have been the guidance and sounding board for men in every situation in life. I sit in the seat of total confidentiality, providing ethical and moral perspectives. As a therapist and a Federal Bureau of Prisons and United States Air Force Chaplain, I possess a vast knowledge and broad experiences with assisting men in high tempo careers and challenging life situations. I am using three well-focused and direct approaches: Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Reality-Based Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy, which enable men to navigate stress, anxiety, depression, and self-esteem challenges. Together, we plot the graph to their success and create roadmaps for a sustainable life journey.  

God has given me a burden for young entertainers to support and help these young men on their journey through life, helping those who have experienced trauma and overwhelming experiences through the utilization of counseling and coaching tools to rebalance the nervous system for their mental wellbeing. Again, reaching out to High Tempo males in an industry that can be dangerous and deadly.

The depth of the relationship building process establishes trust with men. My motto is “Rescue: Stop the spiral. Restore: Place you back into your life with a glorious outlook on your life, winning and being the man that God has given you the ability to be.”
